撮影背景：コロナのパンデミック中でも安全に撮影できるスタイルとして、全編スマートフォンで俳優と二人だけで撮影するマイクロフィルムメイキングにて制作された作品。舞台は監督の地元で開催される長岡が世界に誇る花火祭り「長岡大花火」がパンデミックで歴史上初の中止になったことを背景に、長岡花火財団完全協力の元、起源と再生を描いたSFドラマ。
